Job Summary
Create execution drawings for single-family homes following site discussions and produce detail and construction drawings for house production. Design wall elements and roof trusses, ensuring precise translation of creative ideas into technical plans for manufacturing. Work independently on 3D planning using AutoCAD Architecture and MS Office, with flexibility to learn HSB-CAD and Mitek Pamir if needed. Shifts run from 12:00–20:00 or 14:00–22:00 to accommodate morning personal time. Required Qualifications
- Konstruktives Verständnis
- Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD Architecture
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von 3D-Planungen
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Verfügbarkeit für die Spätschicht (12:00–20:00 Uhr oder 14:00–22:00 Uhr)
