Job Summary
Analyze customer requirements across business and IT domains, then develop custom solution concepts and technical architecture proposals based on the EMIL Insurance Suite. Conceive and execute live demos and workshops for technical and business decision-makers, while supporting RFP/RFI processes with feasibility analyses and implementation recommendations. Act as the critical interface between sales, product, and engineering teams to translate market needs into product development and facilitate onboarding. Create technical pitch decks, implementation roadmaps, and architectural slides to drive the sales cycle from analysis through final presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Fachinformatik bei einer Versicherung
- Sehr hohes technisches Grundverständnis und Erfahrungen im Bereich Softwareentwicklung und IT-Integration sowie Umgang mit entsprechenden Tools
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich technischer Pre‐Sales-, Solution Engineering- oder einer IT-Consulting-Rolle
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Versicherungsanwendungslandschaften, APIs, Integrationen, Cloud-Infrastrukturen
- Verständnis für fachliche Versicherungsprozesse (Bestand, Schaden, Partner, Tarifierung)
- Kommunikationsstark und sicher im Umgang mit IT- und Fachbereichen auf Kundenseite
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
