Job Summary
Conduct property inspections and handovers, documenting defects and creating maintenance plans. Independently oversee renovation, repair, and modernization projects while coordinating with external trades and monitoring quality until final acceptance. Act as the primary contact for contractors, service providers, and internal staff to ensure economic, timely, and high-quality execution of all measures. Support the management in technical and organizational matters. Requires multiple years of experience in property management, maintenance, and renovation, along with Class B driver's license. Offers up to €48,000 annual gross salary, unlimited contract, 30 days vacation, and professional development opportunities within a 30-year-established family-owned firm.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Haus- oder Immobilienverwaltung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung, Sanierung und Modernisierung
- Führerschein der Klasse B
