Job Summary
Lead complex steel construction projects from planning through implementation, managing technical, organizational, and economic aspects independently. Create technical bids and cost calculations while steering project economics, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration alongside leading project teams. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and quality guidelines through site inspections, while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and suppliers through technical advisory. This role offers a permanent full-time position with flat hierarchies and high autonomy, situated in Baden-Württemberg. MEDAG, an established steel and machine building company, delivers specialized solutions ranging from steel structures to custom process systems.
Required Qualifications
- Stahlbauingenieur (m/w/d) oder Bauingenieur (m/w/d)
- Erfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Stahlbauprojekte
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Stahlbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Stahlbau
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern oder Projektteams
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Stahlbau sowie der einschlägigen deutschen Normen, Richtlinien und Vorschriften
- Sicheres Auftreten
- ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
