Lead and develop a three-person technician team, managing service planning, staff interviews, and individual competency growth. Manage the annual budgeting process and plan maintenance, repair, and investment measures while coordinating closely with external service providers. Ensure all legal requirements and safety standards are met through documentation and inspections. Guarantee that all on-site devices function correctly, providing immediate solutions when failures occur. Maintain a clear overview during simultaneous project demands, such as heating and network outages.
