Job Summary
Manage procurement for turnkey high-rise construction projects in the Berlin-Brandenburg region, overseeing the acquisition of construction services and materials from modern school builds to complex existing structures. Develop and maintain long-term supplier partnerships focused on quality, cost-efficiency, and innovation while negotiating contracts from initial contact through final closure. Explore new market opportunities and sources to ensure optimal project supply, collaborating closely with technical and commercial teams to select best-in-class products. Drive process optimizations and modernize procurement models to enhance overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Studium (Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.) oder eine fundierte kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen
- Praktische Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf inklusive Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- mehrjährige Praxis in der Projektleitung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung im Hochbau
- Gute Kenntnisse der VOB sowie im allgemeinen Vertragswesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)
- Zielorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
