Job Summary
Support participants with bicycle maintenance and repair tasks, including diagnosing issues and performing fixes to ensure safe operation. Guide individuals through practical skills with patience and clarity while fostering their self-confidence and social participation. Work independently within a team environment, providing technical assistance and encouragement during daily operations. Shifts are available Monday through Thursday from 09:00–10:30, 11:00–12:00, 13:00–14:30, and 15:00–16:00, with flexible scheduling possible upon agreement. The role offers a supportive atmosphere where volunteers gain experience and receive guidance from Mondriaan staff.
Required Qualifications
- Beschikt over technische kennis en inzicht
- Heeft de vaardigheid om kennis en praktische vaardigheden op een geduldige en duidelijke manier over te dragen aan anderen
- Kan deelnemers motiveren, begeleiden en stimuleren in hun ontwikkeling
- Werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt zich ook thuis binnen een team
- Heeft affiniteit met de doelgroep van Mondriaan
