Handle technical customer inquiries by creating technical offers, calculations, and material lists while planning installations according to plans, standards, and client requirements. Coordinate material orders, delivery dates, and documentation to ensure smooth project flow, acting as the technical contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Support project leaders in planning, organizing, and implementing complex HVAC projects, managing project and master data within the back office. This role offers a focus on either sales inside service and offer management or technical project support, depending on experience. You will work in a growing market for vacuum drainage systems in Bern, where you help drive innovations for water and environmental conservation.
