Manage development projects from requirement analysis to production transfer, ensuring quality, reliability, and reproducibility within cost, time, and quality frameworks. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and translate customer requirements into actionable work packages while maintaining project schedules. Serve as the primary technical interface between development, manufacturing, product management, and sales, resolving production and quality issues and overseeing change management from concept to series maturity. Drive continuous product improvement and provide expert technical support to sales and product management.
