Job Summary
Conduct technical drafting of customer inquiries and projects, creating quotes and tenders while processing orders from order placement to delivery. Perform technical reviews to clarify open points with customers and generate order and delivery confirmations. Provide B2B customer support via phone and email, coordinating complex technical requests with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics. Ensure agreed-upon deadlines are met and relevant information is shared. Requires a technical vocational training (e.g., HTL in building technology or mechanical engineering), ability to read technical plans, and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems like MS Dynamics/Navision is advantageous. Full-time position with a 4.5-day work week and flexible time bank.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Fähigkeit, technische Pläne zu lesen und zu verstehen
- Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
- Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Projekttechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise MS Dynamics/Navision
- Kenntnisse in AutoCAD oder Plancal
- Englischkenntnisse
