Job Summary
Lead industrial projects from the proposal phase through successful commissioning, assuming full technical responsibility for delivery. Manage project teams, coordinate internal departments and external partners, and serve as the technical contact for industrial clients while overseeing timelines, budgets, quality, and overall project success. Collaborate closely with development, engineering, procurement, production, and after-sales to drive innovation and technical process improvements. This key position offers significant autonomy with direct access to senior leadership, allowing you to shape the technical department's future. The role focuses on developing innovative vacuum drainage solutions for challenging industrial applications, contributing to real water conservation and environmental protection efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Eine technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF, Ingenieur FH oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller technischer Projekte im Industriebereich mit Budgetverantwortung
- Fachkenntnisse in Vakuumtechnologie, Entwässerungssystemen, Strömungsmechanik
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
