Job Summary
Experienced Mechanical Technician to maintain, improve, and optimize automated production installations. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, pumps, and pneumatic systems; diagnosing malfunctions in technical installations; supervising external technicians and suppliers during maintenance; recording work in MS Office; supporting work preparation and inventory management of technical parts; contributing ideas to improvement projects for reliability and efficiency of installations. Requires MBO level 3 or 4 in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in an industrial environment, with knowledge of motors, pumps, pneumatics, fault analysis, and troubleshooting; basic MS Office skills; experience with warehouse management/spare parts purchasing is a plus. Required Qualifications
- MBO level 3 or 4 in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment (preferably in the process industry or manufacturing)
- Knowledge of and experience with motors, pumps, and pneumatics
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting in automated systems
- Basic knowledge of PC applications (MS Office) for reporting and work preparation
- Experience with warehouse management and/or spare parts purchasing is a plus
