Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for the startup of a unique up-cycle cement factory, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently from construction through commissioning. Direct internal staff and external contractors while managing work permits and operational procedures to meet strict quality and safety standards. Develop, implement, and update technical instructions and procedures, identifying improvement opportunities to maintain organizational professionalism. Act as a flexible resource to cover shifts for other operators or machinists when needed. Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde Mbo-opleiding in de richting van procestechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Proces Operator, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving
- Kennis van operationele processen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en wet- en regelgeving binnen de industrie
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal
- Flexibiliteit, vooral tijdens de opstart en in een klein team
- Goede communicatieve eigenschappen
- Zelfstandigheid en pro-actieve houding
- Hands-on mentaliteit

- Kennis en ervaring met besturingssystemen (DCS) is een pré
