Job Summary
Monitor technical performance, reliability, and availability of infrastructure assets including tunnels, highways, and energy systems. Analyze breakdowns, performance, and maintenance data to translate findings into improvement measures. Evaluate and optimize maintenance plans and strategies while assessing maintenance provider proposals. Identify and mitigate technical risks, supporting the preparation, planning, and execution of maintenance activities. Monitor ongoing maintenance work and provide guidance where necessary. Contribute to lifecycle management and cost optimization by collaborating with asset managers and stakeholders to enhance performance. Operate within the SPC, working on multiple assets simultaneously to ensure maintenance aligns with performance requirements and lifecycle goals.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in infrastructuur-, energie- of industriële projecten
- Gewenheid te werken met technische assets in beheer- of onderhoudsfase
- In de staat om technische vraagstukken zelfstandig te analyseren en te vertalen naar concrete verbetermaatregelen
- Ervaring met onderhoudsstrategieën, prestatiesturing en/of lifecycle denken
- Begrip van hoe technische keuzes doorwerken in prestaties, risico's en kosten
- Gestructureerd werken en houden van overzicht
- Initiatief nemen, zelfstandig werken en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk doorvoeren
- Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding
- Bij voorkeur civiele techniek, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek
- Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring (indicatief circa 5–10 jaar)
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met DBFM(O), PPP of vergelijkbare contractvormen
