Technisch Manager | Property & Asset Management

Ensure technical quality of the built environment, manage maintenance and improvement activities, and conduct periodic inspections of property condition. Advise the client on technical asset management, build relationships with owners, tenants, and suppliers, and review technical invoices post-execution. Prepare, verify, and adjust multi-year budgets for all complexes in your portfolio. Maintain the MJOP and coordinate execution with colleagues, clients, and contractors. This role supports MVGM Property & Asset Management's mission of managing offices, retail, logistics, and hotels to contribute to a sustainable built environment.
