Job Summary
Lead a team of five to ten engineers in steering high-voltage project engineering from tender through realization for TenneT and corporate clients. Develop integral project design plans, risk registers, and work distribution across disciplines while managing technical risks and new safety standards. Drive process improvements to standardize technical management and ensure efficient project progress. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and the project team to apply consistent internal processes. Report to the Engineering Team Lead. Available for 32–40 hours per week. Hanab Energy Solutions is an expert in designing, building, and managing complex high-voltage installations supporting the energy transition.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde technische hbo of wo opleiding, bij voorkeur richting elektrotechniek
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bijvoorbeeld als teamlead, manager, ontwerpleider of projectmanager
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Beschikbaar voor 32 – 40 uur per week
