Diagnose and resolve complex building system failures in electrical, water, air handling, and control systems. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance adhering to high quality standards while managing supplier coordination and procurement orders. Serve as the technical point of contact for field service technicians, providing daily guidance on installation challenges. Coach, lead, and train new colleagues and BBL employees to ensure skill development. Monitor and improve technical processes, protocols, and standards while maintaining accurate work documentation and reporting. Rotate through on-call service duties approximately every six to seven weeks. Full-time position with a salary range of €4,000 to €5,133 gross per month under the metal and technique technical installation agreement.
