Manage service and maintenance contracts for sprinkler installations, ensuring work is planned, executed, and followed up effectively. Act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating daily with service technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain schedules and track project progress. Oversee performance metrics, nurture client relationships, and drive operational and financial contract targets while ensuring safety and business continuity. You will handle multiple contracts simultaneously, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring contractual agreements are met. This role serves as the critical link between clients, technical execution, and delivery within Aqua+'s Uithoorn service team, which is a leader in innovation and digitalization for the sector.
