Job Summary
Conduct GACS audits by testing building installations and management systems against the RVO checklist, then translate findings into actionable reports for clients. Advise owners on long-term sustainability strategies, including CO2 roadmaps and cost estimations for improvements. Build a partner network to execute recommended upgrades, assessing whether work can be done internally or outsourced. Perform approximately two days of auditing weekly, with the remainder dedicated to consulting and strategy. Requires a technical background in building management systems or energy management, fluent Dutch, and a B driving license. This role supports the company's market leadership in commercial real estate decarbonization with direct access to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Een technische basis, via je opleiding of hands-on ervaring in installatietechniek, technisch beheer, energiemanagement of verduurzaming
- Je snapt wat een gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS) is en hoe gebouwgebonden installaties werken
- Je presenteert makkelijk en legt techniek begrijpelijk uit
- Een adviserende, commerciële instelling, je vindt het leuk om aan tafel te zitten en je advies te onderbouwen
- Rijbewijs B
- Je vindt het prima om zo'n twee dagen per week onderweg te zijn
- Vloeiend in Nederlands
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis van GACS- of energiewetgeving (NEN-EN-ISO 52120)
- Ervaring bij een advies- of consultancypartij
- Ervaring met verduurzamingstrajecten
- Ervaring met inregelen/commissioning of EPA-advies
