Job Summary
Operationalize and analyze incidents within the application landscape while configuring integrations in low-code middleware. Translate functional requirements into technical configurations aligned with architectural standards, collaborating with IT architects on process optimizations and vendor SLA management. Coordinate small improvement projects and serve as the bridge between technical teams, users, and suppliers. Requires minimum HBO education, API experience, and familiarity with ITIL or Scrum. Full-time position in Rotterdam.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau
- ervaring met technisch applicatiebeheer of een vergelijkbare rol
- Affiniteit met integraties, API's en koppelingen tussen systemen
- Een gestructureerde, analytische werkwijze
