Proactively identify, pursue, and close repair projects by tracking service technician work and proactively reaching out to existing customers. Collaborate with product management to realize upgrade opportunities and expand your assigned sales territory by selling Carrier repair solutions alongside Service Agreements and Modernizations. Manage client relationships through a consultative sales approach, develop long-term partnerships, and execute account plans to meet annual revenue and gross margin targets. Coordinate repair operations by partnering with the service management team to transfer won orders and schedule customer work. Utilize CRM and calculation tools to plan progress, document opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across all stages.
