Coordinate service technician deployments and act as the primary contact for domestic and international clients. Provide technical support for global customers via phone and online, assisting with commissioning, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration inquiries. Manage invoicing approvals, spare parts sales, and after-sales service while optimizing cooling and HVAC systems for energy efficiency. Generate quotes, maintenance contracts, and documentation. Handle occasional business travel and a four-times-yearly on-call rotation. Work in a family-owned industrial refrigeration firm with opportunities for supervisory responsibility.
