Job Summary
Provide technical support to customer and service technicians via phone, offering guidance on hardware and operating software usage for end devices. Ensure remote services for fault analysis and resolution of Bosch intrusion and fire alarm systems, including activation and configuration of alarm systems. Assist on-site service technicians with commissioning and remote troubleshooting. Work in a 24/7 shift schedule with a requirement for German native-level proficiency and a relocation to Berlin or surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Remote Support for customers and service technicians via telephone
- Consultation on the use of hardware and operating software of end devices
- Remote services for fault analysis and fault elimination of Bosch burglar and fire alarm systems
- Remote activation and configuration of Bosch alarm systems
- Support for on-site service technicians with commissioning and faults via remote
