Job Summary
Organize, monitor, and document maintenance services for external contractors, including coordination with third-party firms. Conduct regular inspections of building technical systems such as sprinkler systems and perform minor repairs on electrical access control, access control systems, UV control, and GLT. Perform routine technical walkthroughs at our facilities in Verl and Hövelhof. Requires completed vocational training as an electrician or technician for building technology, valid Class B driver's license, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Elektriker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) für Gebäudetechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima)
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation, sich in neue oder weitere Bereiche der Haustechnik einzuarbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse mindestens in MS Word und Excel
- Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
