Job Summary
Manage repair order intake via phone and email across Switzerland, diagnose specific failures, and dispatch appropriate service technicians to customers. Plan maintenance schedules, trainings, and commissioning activities while coordinating with the service team on vacation planning, sick leave, and regional organization. Handle diverse administrative tasks related to service logistics. Requires technical or commercial training with 2–3 years of service technician dispatch experience, strong technical understanding, and fluent German and French skills. Based in Spreitenbach (AG) with a showroom in Crissier (VD).
Required Qualifications
- Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- mindestens 2-3 Jahren Erfahrung in der Disposition von Servicetechnikern oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Firmenkunden
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Belastbare und selbstständige Persönlichkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse
