Job Summary
Ensure the technical operation of production lines and implement preventive measures to minimize breakdown risks. Execute maintenance planning correctly while diagnosing and analyzing technical problems with a critical eye. Communicate clearly with support services and managers regarding completed work and any emerging issues. Propose and implement improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency while strictly adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. Work as a night shift technician in Londerzeel, reporting for a 21-5 hour roster. This role supports Lantmännen Unibake's Factory of the Future initiative, contributing to global bread and viennoiserie production with a focus on equipment reliability and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Technische opleiding A2 (Elektro-mechanica)
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving
- Kennis van HACCP en de regelgeving rond voedselveiligheid
- Heftruckattest
- Kennis van het Nederlands
- Kennis van koelsystemen, lassen, BA5 en PLC
- Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels
- Zelfstandig werken
- Duidelijk en gepast communiceren bij problemen en noodsituaties
