Job Summary
Conduct sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers while searching for prescription projects. Manage customer service for installers, distributors, and engineering firms, monitoring projects from start to finish through drafting and coordinating prescribing draughtsman. Prepare and negotiate offers, coordinate technical after-sales support, and act as project manager at the construction site for installation monitoring. Serve as intermediation between customers and manufacturing, manage the customer database, and coordinate technical-commercial training for installers. Submit regular management reports on customer visits and offers made.
Required Qualifications

- Coordinating the prescribing draughtsman/designer

- Relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project
- Technical after-sales support: customer service and commissioning of after-sales installations
- Technical assistance to the different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.)
- Coordination of technical after-sales
- Project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring)
- Support for marketing strategies
- Collection management and incident monitoring
- Regular management reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.)
