Job Summary
Maintain client IT infrastructure and lead on-site projects with autonomy. Manage hardware and software updates, configure workstations, deploy and restore applications, and ensure system and network security. Monitor and resolve IT incidents while providing client advice and relationship management. Work alongside the support team under the technical director's direction.
