Job Summary
Join the IT team as a Senior Support Technician to ensure the functionality and security of the IT infrastructure, applications, and data. Responsibilities include systems and network administration, user support through troubleshooting and training, cybersecurity measures, hardware management, application development, and project coordination for EDI and site security. Required qualifications include an Associate's level education in computer science or related fields, with 5 years of experience in an industrial setting, strong technical skills in managing servers, networks, and databases, proficiency in programming languages such as C# and SQL, and the ability to communicate effectively with varied stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in IT or network administration
- Expertise in server management, OS (Windows/Linux), databases
- Competence in cybersecurity and troubleshooting
- Ability to develop applications and report using PowerBI
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of PowerBI, C#, SQL Server, PHP, VBA, Python, MySQL
