Job Summary
Respond to telephone and email requests following established procedures while managing incident and demand tickets in a Windows 10/11 and Office 365 environment. Diagnose anomalies, handle password resets and session rights, and provide support for printers and collaborative tools. Inform and accompany users, manage escalations to higher-level support, and contribute to user satisfaction and SLA/KPI compliance. Take charge of both French and English-speaking requests at the first level of functional support.
Required Qualifications
- Formation en informatique ou première expérience réussie en support informatique
- Expérience en support utilisateur/helpdesk
- Maîtrise Windows & Office 365
- Aisance en français et en anglais (écrit et oral)
