Job Summary
Manage user support at close range and remotely by handling incidents, requests, and office tool training. Master workstations, oversee printing and peripherals, and provide assistance for telephony, video conferencing, and mobility. Ensure a quality user experience while supporting Windows environments, Microsoft Office, Teams, and iOS/Android devices. Requires prior user support experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to simplify technical topics. Start in late August or early September with a starting salary of 23k€-24k€.
