Job Summary
Diagnose pannes et dysfonctionnements sur équipements de cuisine professionnels, puis effectuez dépannages, réglages et remplacements de composants. Accompagnez les clients restaurateurs dans l'utilisation et la maintenance de leurs matériels tout en rédigeant les documents techniques associés. Intervenez directement chez le client en autonomie avec des déplacements réguliers sur votre secteur commercial, agissant comme premier relai entre les clients et le Pôle Expérience Clients. Manipulez des charges lourdes et des engins de manutention dans un environnement frais.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cold / electrotechnique
- Mastery of the Office Pack and ease with the digital domain
- Ability to work independently with regular displacements on your commercial sector
- Ability to handle heavy loads and handling equipment in a cool environment
- Ability to diagnose malfunctions, dysfunctions and technical risks on professional equipment and kitchens
- Ability to perform repairs, adjustments, and component replacements
- Ability to accompany and advise clients on the use and maintenance of their equipment
- Ability to write technical documents related to interventions (receipts, commissioning reports, technical balances)
- Ability to act as the first link between clients and the Customer Experience Pole
- Ability to organize, be rigorous, use methods, and work in a team
- Ability to demonstrate operationality as a field person who likes varied actions
- Ability to interact relationally and have a desire to exceed oneself
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of teamwork and cohesion
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks
- Ability to work in a physical job
- Ability to work in a friendly and stimulating environment
