Job Summary
Conduct regular remote follow-ups for patients on treatments including PPC, oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy via a structured process. Identify equipment malfunctions and complete patient records in the company software. Maintain communication with on-site teams and execute post-installation calls according to a defined calendar. Perform one day of remote work per week within a 37.5-hour schedule from Monday to Friday. The role supports Asten Santé's mission of home health care for over 110,000 patients across France, offering a comprehensive internal training program and clear paths for internal career progression.
Required Qualifications

- Contrat de 37h30 du lundi au vendredi de 8h15 à 18
- 1j de télétravail par semaine
- Salaire : 2 000 euros brut
- Primes semestrielles : 900 euros brut de prime sur objectifs
- Titres restaurants de 10€/jour pris en charge à 60%

- Compléter les dossiers patients dans notre logiciel métier
- Assurer le lien avec les équipes terrain
- Écoute attentive

- Goût prononcé pour le milieu médical
- Aise avec les nouvelles technologies
- Expérience réussie sur un poste similaire chez un prestataire de santé ou au sein d'un centre hospitalier
