Job Summary
Conduct regular remote follow-ups for patients on treatments such as PPC, oxygen therapy, and VNI via a structured process. Identify potential malfunctions and complete patient files in the company software while maintaining communication with field teams. Perform post-installation call schedules and ensure seamless coordination between remote and on-site staff. The role includes one day of remote work per week within a 37.5-hour schedule from 8:15 to 18:00. Required Qualifications

- Contrat de 37h30 du lundi au vendredi de 8h15 à 18
- 1j de télétravail par semaine
- Salaire : 2 000 euros brut
- Primes : 900 euros brut de prime sur objectifs
- Titres restaurants de 10€/jour pris en charge à 60%

- Expérience réussie sur un poste similaire chez un prestataire de santé ou au sein d'un centre hospitalier
