Job Summary
Install, configure, and optimize IT equipment and systems including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls. Maintain physical and virtual servers while managing cloud platforms like Microsoft 365. Apply client-specific updates and corrections, document infrastructure, and provide technical support to users. Requires a DEP, AEC, or DEC in IT with 2 to 3 years of network technician experience and proficiency in Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V. Salary ranges from $30.60 to $36/hour with a 37.5-hour work week paid at 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- DEP, AEC ou DEC en informatique (ou expérience équivalente)
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en tant que technicien(ne) réseau
- Bonnes compétences en réseaux : VLAN, VPN, routeurs, commutateurs et pare-feux
- Connaissance de Windows Server et virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Expérience avec Microsoft 365
- Aisance en communication et orientation service client
- Permis valable pour travailler au Québec
