Job Summary
Maintain and evolve network infrastructures, including LAN and WAN administration, while actively resolving incidents and supporting users at levels 1 and 2. Perform daily network exploitation, configure and troubleshoot switches and routers, and document all technical interventions. Conduct on-site and remote interventions to ensure system reliability. This role requires proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols, with optional knowledge of Wi-Fi and network security. Required Qualifications
- Administration et maintenance des réseaux (LAN / WAN)
- Connaissances des protocoles réseau (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Configuration et dépannage des équipements réseau (switchs, routeurs)
- Gestion des incidents et du support utilisateurs (niveau 1 et 2)
- Capacité à documenter les interventions techniques
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs non techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Connaissance des environnements Wi-Fi professionnels
- Notions en sécurité réseau (VLAN, firewall, règles de filtrage)
- Expérience avec des outils de supervision réseau
