Technicien Production : Equilibreur (H/F) - Balancing Operator

Conduct balancing operations on high-performance couplings to eliminate runout, delivering official balancing certificates for each unit. Manage workshop tools and organize equipment storage while participating in shop floor improvements through SES, lean, and 5S initiatives. Ensure workplace safety by adhering to all safety protocols and immediately reporting any hazardous situations to the supervisor. Perform secondary mounting tasks on couplings as needed. Work within a six-person balancing team in a shift schedule of 6:00 to 13:22 or 13:08 to 20:30, utilizing basic metrology tools and interpreting technical drawings. This role represents the final value-added step in production, critical for meeting strict quality requirements for John Crane's rotating equipment solutions.
