Job Summary
Support the manufacturing process of fresh dairy products, ensuring timely delivery to packaging workshops while adhering to cost, performance, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include standardization of dairy bases, operation, and monitoring of pasteurization and homogenization installations, conducting physical-chemical controls and microbiological sampling, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of installations, and reporting on activities and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dairy processing or food technology
- Strong understanding of dairy processes and transformation technologies
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
Additional Requirements
- Must work alternating shifts (3x8)
- Availability to work between 10 and 16 Sundays per year
