Job Summary
Conduct clinical and laboratory blood draws in the morning at the Saint-Germain en Laye clinic and laboratory, ensuring patient safety and providing warm reception. Manage pre- and post-analytical activities, including sample sorting, centrifugation, and decanting for the technical platform. Handle administrative tasks such as patient file registration, stock management, and ordering consumables. Participate in home phlebotomy tours when needed and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Maintain the phlebotomy rooms and inform patients about result delivery timelines. Work full-time, 35 hours weekly with morning shifts, one Saturday, and occasional afternoons, with no evening, weekend, or holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme de technicien de laboratoire de biologie médicale figurant sur l'arrêté du 21/10/1992
- Certificat de Capacité à Effectuer des Prélèvements Sanguins (CCEPS)
- Attestation de Formation aux Gestes et Soins d'Urgence (AFGSU)
- Numéro RPPS obligatoire
- Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
- Esprit d'équipe et bon relationnel
- Capacité à travailler avec précision et autonomie
- Sens du service rendu aux patients et du respect des procédures
- Disponibilité pour travailler sans garde le soir, ni le week-end, ni les jours fériés
- Disponibilité pour 5 jours de travail par semaine incluant 1 samedi matin travaillé sur deux de 08h à 12h
- Disponibilité pour une prise de poste à 07h
- Disponibilité pour une ou deux après-midi par semaine jusqu'à 16h
