Conduct annual preventive maintenance on heat pump units in social housing, including filter cleaning, circuit integrity checks, and performance verification. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration faults, replace defective components, and restore heating and hot water services to residents. Act as the primary energy advisor for tenants by explaining system operation, eco-gestures, and thermostat adjustments to optimize energy consumption. Log all intervention reports on a tablet (GMAO) to ensure transparent tracking for the social landlord. Requires 5 years of energy sector experience, a relevant engineering degree, a B license, and electrical certifications (BR, B1V, B2V, BC). Full autonomy with company vehicle provided.
