Job Summary
Conduct on-site interventions for infrastructure issues including roofing, plumbing, and minor repairs while autonomously processing incoming tickets and reports within deadlines. Execute work on sanitary installations and small technical systems, detect and report structural problems, and contribute to monitoring the general building condition. Analyze situations to identify adequate solutions, strictly follow established protocols, and track task assignments in the scheduling system. Prioritize personal and colleague safety by adhering to current standards and procedures. Maintain a client-oriented approach while working independently or within a team.
