Conduct daily production scheduling by building the production plan based on capacity and workload, then orchestrate workshop activity through daily manufacturing orders and purchase requests. Analyze short- and medium-term material needs, assess industrial disruptions on production plans and inventory levels, and manage your portfolio across the shop floor and SAP ERP. Ensure stock levels align with VEX targets, validate line-side inventory through audits, and drive logistics flows for relevant references. Collaborate with all production and supply chain stakeholders to maintain operational coherence.
