Job Summary
Maintain operational readiness for audiovisual production and post-production tools while diagnosing and resolving incidents related to equipment, software, and technical infrastructure. Accompany editors, journalists, and operations teams on daily support tasks, coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors, and participate in planning meetings to deploy new solutions. Contribute to build projects by defining technical solutions, evolving workflows, and proposing optimizations for production environments. Train and support users in utilizing Avid, Adobe, and Vizrt solutions while fostering collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an audiovisual, IT, or broadcast environment
- Proficiency in post-production Avid and Adobe environments
- Knowledge of Vizrt graphic dressing solutions
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and infrastructures
- Knowledge of TV production and post-production environments
- Knowledge of associated computer tools and software
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work autonomously while appreciating teamwork
- Ability to listen to users
- Hybrid work arrangement according to mission
- Location in Île-de-France
