Job Summary
As a Technicien(ne) de Maintenance, responsibilities include ensuring the optimal functioning of company equipment, conducting regular and preventive maintenance, preparing work sites, and managing troubleshooting tasks post-diagnosis. The role involves improving workplace conditions, training operators on equipment operation, participating in production tool implementations, and maintaining documentation for equipment modifications. Additionally, you will handle maintenance records, ensure safety compliance, and respond to on-call duties for weekend and night shifts. Required Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, automation systems
- Knowledge in welding and refrigeration
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Capability to train operators in equipment usage
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards
