Job Summary
Provide technical support to clients in the Beauce region via on-site visits and remote assistance. Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, networks, and infrastructure while installing, configuring, and maintaining various equipment and systems. Deliver rigorous professional client service including follow-ups and actively participate in continuous improvement of client technological environments by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing tailored solutions. Work 40 hours per week in a hybrid model (50% on the road, 50% remote) with flexible scheduling to balance work and personal life. Requires a DEC or DEP in IT, approximately three years of experience, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- DEC en informatique, DEP en soutien informatique ou toute autre formation pertinente
- expérience en support technique, idéalement en environnement PME
- permis de conduire valide et être en mesure de se déplacer chez les clients

- environ 3 ans d'expérience en support TI

- bonne connaissance des environnements suivants : Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune
- bonne connaissance des environnements suivants : Active Directory et serveurs Windows
- bonne connaissance des environnements suivants : Réseautique (VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- bonne connaissance des environnements suivants : Pare-feu (Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cisco, SonicWall)
- bonne connaissance des environnements suivants : Outils de sauvegarde tels que Veeam ou Acronis
- bonne connaissance des environnements suivants : Gestion et dépannage d'imprimantes
