Job Summary
Lift and secure trucks on air jacks, lubricate suspensions, replace minor parts, and perform tire and brake maintenance. Use U-Haul's proprietary electronic pre-inspection checklist to assess vehicles, occasionally conducting road tests. Assist team members in additional areas as directed by supervisors. This role requires a driver's license, understanding of machine safety, and computer literacy. Physical exertion is necessary, including moving up to 50 lbs and working both indoors and outdoors. Safety gear like masks, goggles, and gloves may be required due to moderate risks involving moving parts and chemicals.
Required Qualifications
