Job Summary
Manage the full supplier cycle including invoice processing, payment planning, and reconciliations. Oversee the client cycle covering billing, collections, credit management, and bad debt follow-up. Perform accounting entries and maintain financial ledgers, journals, and trial balances. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Handle payroll processing, tax calculations, and deductions. Prepare individual tax filings. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership. Execute various administrative tasks. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, two years of experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
- Expérience avérée en tant que comptable ou rôle similaire, avec au moins 2 ans dans un poste junior
- Solide compréhension des principes et pratiques comptables
- Expérience avec les logiciels de comptabilité (Quickbooks, Xero, DT Max, Netsuite, etc)
- Maîtrise de MS Office, notamment Excel
- Grande attention aux détails et à la précision
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Excellentes compétences en anglais et français
