Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC installations for client properties. Perform regular efficiency checks and draft intervention reports with technical improvement proposals. Execute scheduled servicing to ensure system reliability and energy performance. Operate as an itinerant technician supporting the Copropriétés team across various sites. Requires 5 years of HVAC experience, relevant engineering diploma, valid B license, and electrical certifications (BR, B1V, B2V, BC). Full vehicle provided with ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'énergie
- Diplôme en génie climatique, thermique, énergétique ou équivalent
- Permis de conduire B
- Habilitations électriques : BR, B1V, B2V et BC
- Connaissances solides en système de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation
