Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on client CVC installations, including diagnostics, repairs, and regular efficiency checks. Perform routine interventions to ensure system performance, document all work in technical reports, and propose optimization improvements. Operate as an itinerant technician within the Copropriétés team, utilizing company vehicle and tools. Requires 5+ years in energy sector, relevant engineering diploma, valid B license, and electrical certifications (BR, B1V, B2V, BC). Compensation includes 13-month salary, vacation bonuses, and meal allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'énergie
- Diplôme en génie climatique, thermique, énergétique ou équivalent
- Permis de conduire B
- Habilitations électriques : BR, B1V, B2V et BC
- Connaissances solides en système de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation
- Force de proposition dans la gestion et l'optimisation des installations clients
