Job Summary
Program solutions according to functional and technical user needs while ensuring program quality against DGGIR standards and procedures. Perform unit testing on developed solutions and support data loading tools across various environments. Develop and execute diverse data queries to generate reports or resulting files. Parameterize systems in compliance with DGGIR standards and procedures. Support other test levels and solution implementations. Write relevant documentation following the DGGIR methodology and participate in product backlog estimation. Deliverables include operating rules, organizational rules, coding, unit test scenarios, and statistical reports. Requires a DEC in computer science or information technology with five years of IT experience and three years as an IT technician in mainframe development projects involving COBOL, JCL, TSO/ISPF, CICS. Full-time 35-hour week with remote work in Quebec province.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en informatique ou en technologies de l'information
- Cinq (5) années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
- Trois (3) années d'expérience à titre de technicien informatique dans des projets de développement ou d'évolution dans le domaine des ordinateurs centraux impliquant l'utilisation des outils ou langages suivants : COBOL, JCL de mainframe et TSO/ISPF, CICS
- Cette expérience doit avoir été acquise au cours des 6 dernières années
